All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees unless explicitly stated. Final pricing will be confirmed upon order placement.

Payment must be made in full before vehicle shipment. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and wire transfers. All payments are processed securely.
For international orders, you are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees in your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for vehicles pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vehicle sales, all sales are final once the vehicle has been shipped. Refunds may be considered only in cases of significant misrepresentation or damage not disclosed prior to purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before processing any refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Warranties
Vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified. We provide accurate descriptions and inspection reports, but we do not provide warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.
We recommend that you have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic in your country upon delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extra Mileage Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the vehicle in question.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Extra Mileage Logistics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
